Found Materials Collage (ongoing)
A personal side project rooted in my habit of saving odds and ends made to be thrown away: fruit stickers, train tickets, fortune cookies, receipts, etc. Each page in my “junk journal” assembles these low-value mementos. Food labels, price tags, used postal stamps, and scraps of embroidery from an old thesis project come together to capture a particular moment in my life. This collage archives memory, repurposes waste, and uses design principles to bring cohesion and meaning to the ephemeral.
